RETURNS POLICY

Return Policy for Domestic Orders:

  1. An order is eligible for return within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Return / Cancellation is not accepted for some products which are mentioned below.
  3. Customers can initiate a return request in the following circumstances  
Return Reason Resolution
Product is damaged / defective Refund / Store credit
Incorrect Product delivered Refund / Store credit
Colour is different from description Store credit
Product quality is not satisfactory Store credit

 

Products not eligible for returns:

  1. Luxe Collection Sarees (2 Days Exchange Policy)
  2. Salwar Suits (Size can be Exchanged within 2 days)
  3. Exclusive / Special Offer Products
  4. Lehengas, Anarkali
  5. Any custom made products.

Return Process:

    1. Customer needs to raise a return request within 2 days of delivery through our Return Center or can initiate a return request by sending an email at help@zaribanaras.com with the order details and reason for return. In case of damaged / incorrect item an unboxing video of the product which got delivered is mandatory.
    2. Our support team will analyse the return request and may approve the same. 
    3. After a return request is approved, we will arrange a return pickup for the product. The product/s must be returned in their original condition with tags attached.
    4. Onward & Return logistic cost of Rs. 400/- shall be deducted for each item processed for return. 


    Refund / Store Credit Process

    1. After we recieve the returned products and its successful verification by our quality assurance team, a refund or store credit will be processed in accordance to our policy. The refunded or credited amount shall be limited to the purchase price of the product. Any additional costs associated with the order, such as shipping fees etc, will not be reimbursed.
    2. The refund/store credit usually takes 7 to 10 working days to credit from the date of return initiation.
    3. For prepaid orders, Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be facilitated through RazorpayX. To initiate the refund for COD orders, our team will require your bank account information (specifically, the Account Holder Name, Account Number, IFSC Code, and Branch Details), which you can provide by emailing us at help@zaribanaras.com
    4. The Store Credit will be issued to your registered email address in the form of a coupon code. This code can be applied in the designated coupon code section at the cart or checkout page. The value of the store credit will then be deducted from your order total as a discount. The validity of the store credit is 6 months from the date of issuance.

     

     

    Return Policy for International Orders:

    In case of international orders, we do not accept any returns or exchange of our products. 

     

     

    Zari Banaras

    1) Given the unique  nature of the products, the dimensions & weight of the saree (and attached blouse piece) may vary slightly from the dimensions declared.

    2) The Company does not guarantee the colour/purity/content of zari/silk unless stated explicitly on the product.

    3) The Company shall not be liable for any claim arising out of any special, indirect, remote, economic or consequential loss or damage.

    4) The actual color of the product may slightly vary from the image shown.

    5) All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in Varanasi only.

    6) Zari Banaras expressly reserves the absolute right to either refuse or accept any request for a return or exchange of merchandise.
