Where flowers bloom so does life, this Double Ikat saree is a sheer display of utmost traditional skills by our weavers, showcasing exemplary magnitude of intricacy. The design element of this saree has been drawn from the nature, consisting of classical designs rooting from Gujrat. Shikargah symbolises hunting, in India hunting was practiced since centuries. The roots of this skill date back to Persia, it is a highly labour intensive process requiring utmost detailing and intricacy, it takes months of work to correctly depict the hunting scene on the saree. The hunting design contains brocade which is rich, representing history and culture. Usually hunters with spears on elephants are also woven upon the saree, but as a value to protect wildlife we have ensured not to depict any such element which promotes hunting. Our saree has a classic amalgamation of lions, elephants, deers and peacocks, intricately woven in zari threads.

Kanjivaram Sarees

Kanjivaram sarees are woven from mulberry silk thread and the Zari of south India, the speciality of this saree is that the border and the pallav are woven separately and later joined together. Patola is a weaving technique only mastered by special weavers and blending it with a Kanjivaram saree is a highly skilled procedure. This is an heirloom edition of the Kanjivaram saree, almost a thousand floral motifs have been woven all over the saree in Kanakam (Gold) Zari threads using the Kadhwa weaving technique. The Zari motifs give the saree a striking golden shine which makes this saree perfect for special occasions. The royal red border & pallav has been fused with gold zari threads giving it a beautiful golden blue sheen. When closely looked at the border has intricate details, Leheria patterns have been made using gold zari threads and red threads, the flowers represent auspiciousness and happiness. The pallav has almost a hundred deepak/deeya (oil lamps) motifs woven upon it, Deepaks in India are a symbol of a bright future.
